About Una West:

Una West, is a dedicated Holistic Energy Practitioner and founded One Truth Holistic Services and Workshops in 1998.  From that time to the present date, she has brought into her practice a caring and supportive healing atmosphere for the many clients that have received her energy healing sessions and workshops over the course of 19 years.

My role in your treatment, as an Energy Practitioner, is to hold a calm, relaxing, sacred space so you can learn to initiate the natural healing process that lies within you. As you peel through the layers, you may uncover some emotional, physical, mental beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. These can sometimes be the root cause of many physical imbalances/dis-ease within the body. You may also come across many aspects and traits about yourself that you find difficult to accept, one being the Shadow Side. To love yourself completely as a whole, is to accept all aspects  of the self , the dark and light.

With this thought in mind, I believe that the body is very wise and has its own inner healing abilities given the right conditions and mind set to initiate them. It knows exactly what it needs, and in what order it needs it. As an Energy Practitioner, I act purely as a guide to enable you to be your own healer by tapping into your internal wisdom to help your body to release blockages and heal. The cure being “within” starts by taking the courage as individuals to listen to your internal voice of truth, face your weakness and take responsibility for your actions. The courage comes from understanding that the healer is self created. No one can really take credit for healing you. The practitioner merely plays a role in personifying the force of healing that is generated within.

Intention rests at the heart of all healing. From our pure loving heart we infuse our lives with the power to call forward, medicines, healers, teachers, lessons, places, people, and friends.  Healing, then, becomes the attraction of a life that is healthy where our actual experience transforms.

“True healing comes from within when the individual is ready and willing to let go and change.”

What brings about a catalyst for change, loss of someone close, job, illness, accident causing injury and everything in-between.  I am sure many can relate to that.  Personally, I went seeking answers twenty eight years ago; why did I have recurring illnesses from birth that seem to get more and more severe as the years passed by.  I received no coherent answers to the questions I was asking. Synchronistic events then lead me to seek out help from Alternatives Therapies to look from an Holistic prospective; Naturopathic Doctors, chiropractors, Applied Kinesiology, Hypnosis, Homeopathy, Reiki, all these modalities and a multitude of wonderful practitioners  touched my life and helped me to build up my very weaken body. I was guided to make drastic changes to mine and my families eating habits, removed all toxins from our environment, and one of the major components for me, was to heal the emotional scars that were presenting themselves as the root cause of my many physical challenges, along with the acknowledgement and acceptance of my Shadow Side.

From that day to this, I have experienced many personal miracles, lessons and teachings in my life, which have given me wonderful insights and heightened my intuitive capabilities and helped me to seek out compassion and Self love.
I also believe that God stands under all things and has been there as my rock upon which I was able to build my spiritual life on. Every individual has the right to find their own path that fulfils their unique destiny; I was blessed to have found mine, a strong spiritual connection that has guided me for many years on paths of great possibilities when sometimes, on first looking, have seemed almost impossible, and which became possible with trust and surrendering to a Higher Wisdom.

There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer;
No disease that enough love will not heal;
No door that enough love will not open;
No gulf that enough love will not bridge;
No wall that enough love will not throw down;
No sin that enough love will not redeem. . .
It makes no difference how deeply seated may be the trouble, how hopeless the outlook, how muddled the tangle, how great the mistake--a sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all. . . if only you could love enough, you would be the happiest and most powerful being in the world.
